The overhauling project of a PG5361P GT genset in Liuzhou Xinhegang Electric Power, LLC contracted by Nanguang Power was kicked off on June 11, 2010. With the joint effort of all Nanguang site personnel, and prompt coordination of relevant leaders and technicians of the power plant, the project was successfully completed on July 10, 2010. Currently the unit is running in good condition.

 

　　Work scope of overhauling mainly as follows:

 

1. Inspection of fuel nozzles, and replacement of consumables.

2. Inspection of Crossfire tubes, combustion liners, transition pieces and other combustion components; replacement of all transition pieces and part of the combustion liners.

3. Inspection of compressor buckets and stator blades.

4. Replacement of 1st stage nozzles and inspection of 2nd stage nozzles.

5. Replacement of turbine 1st stage buckets; fault detection and inspection of 2nd buckets.

6. Replacement of turbine 1st stage shrouds; inspection of 2nd stage shrouds.

7. Inspection of clearance between turbine rotor blades and vanes.

8. Inspection of casing of turbine compressor.

9. Inspection of turbine compressor bearing.

10. Inspection of compressor stages 1-17 stationary vanes; inspection of guide vane root of EGV1，EGV2.

11. Inspection of parts of lub-oil system; replacement of lub-oil filter.

12. Disassembly and inspection of auxiliary gear box.

13. Disassembly and inspection of load gear box.

14. Atomizing air system inspection.

15. Cooling water system inspection.

16. Fuel oil system inspection.

17. Cooling seal air system inspection.

18. Inspection and measuring of clearance concerning IGV.

19. Pulling out generator rotor for overhauling.

20. Generator protection calibration; inspection and maintenance of generator control panel.

21. Calibration of thermal parts of the unit.
