The installing project for the No.1 PG6531B gas turbine, which had been owned by Gubei Gas Thermal Power Plant of Shengli Oil Field, was close to end at the installing field of Ruixiang Oil Field of Kuche, Xinjiang. The rest installing process for the No.1 gas turbine is the thermal controlling and electrical items mainly.

Entering into September, it has been autumn in the installing field, cool in morning and night, but usually windy and sandy in daytime due to the dry weather in the season. When the wind with sands blows oncoming, the air is filled with drifted sands, hard to avoid even wearing mask, but the field personnel were stick to their working position under the hard natural environment.

II. Updates of the field process

1.No.1 turbine load gearbox enclosure installation was completed;
2.No.1 turbine generator enclosure boards installation was completed;
3.After alignment of No.1 turbine accessory gears and gas turbine, the joint dowels’ reaming and bolting was completed;
4.No.1 gas turbine and load gearbox alignment was in progress;
5.No.1 inlet filter chamber installation was completed, leaving the filtering cartridge not yet installed;
6.No.1 turbine inlet blowback tubes installation was not completed due to lack of partial tubes;
7.No.1 turbine cooling water heat sink positioning installation was completed;
8.No.1 turbine cooling water piping installation from the cooler to heat sink was completed;
9.No.1 turbine installation of two cooling fans of bypass chimney was completed;
10.No.1 turbine installation of expansion joints at both ends of the horizontal flue was completed;
11.No.1 turbine installation of anti-surge air draining valves at both ends of the turbine was completed;
12.No.1 turbine connection of vertical surface flange bolting installed on exhaust diffuser parts was completed;
13.No.1 turbine generator coolers installation was completed;
14.No.1 turbine 88TK fan was positioned, and the connection of fan connect accessory pipes was completed;
15.No.1 turbine pathway boards installation was completed;
16.No.1 turbine replacement of inlet blowback electromagnetic valves was completed;
17.Cable wiring inside turbine controlling chamber is in progress;
18.No.1 turbine hoisting, installing and positioning of generator neutral point cabinet were completed;
19.By Sep. 3, due to the civil engineering been not caught up, at present the cable ditch of the income and outcome cables of the No.1 generator has not been finished;
20.By Sep. 3, the income and outcome cooling water pipe ditch of the No.1 generator has not been finished;
21.Engineering contact message were issued to the owner, asking for completion of related civil engineering as soon as possible;
22.No.2 turbine alignment of load gearbox and generator was completed;
23.No.2 turbine alignment of auxiliary gearbox and turbine was completed;
24.No.2 turbine exhaust diffuser part installing and positioning were completed;
25.No.2 turbine alignment of load gearbox and turbine was completed on Sep. 5;
26.No.2 turbine bypass chimney baffle’s half lower pillars positioning was completed;
27.No.2 turbine fitting of bypass chimney’s half lower baffle was completed;
28.The NG forwarding module was positioned on Sep. 4, and fitting of its early dismantled parts is in progress.
