The installing project for the No.1 PG6531B Turbine early owned by Gubei Gas Thermal Power Plant of Shengli Oil Field was fully processed at the installing field in Ruixiang Oil Field of Kuche, Xinjiang.

In August the early autumn, the local sunshine in daytime is hot. It’s said about the desert weather that cotton padded jacket is worn in morning and yarn at noon, warmed by stove but eating watermelon to run away from the hot. Now we have felt the phenomenon ourselves that very hot at noon but cool in morning and evening. However, another natural phenomenon can be experienced right here, that is, drifted sands filled in the air brought about by a sudden gale, so it is difficult to open your mouth to speak even in close distance, or otherwise, the mouth will be filled with sands if you speak.

The current field updates are as below.

I.Field environment

1.Due to the lower temperature compared with before, now the field working time is still 8:30 to 12:30 for morning shift, but the evening shift was adjusted to 17:30 to 20:30;
2.Very windy and sandy at the moment of gale sometimes.

II.Field process updates

1.No.1 turbine positioning, levelling and centering of the load gearbox base after its return to work were completed;
2.After the No.1 turbine base had returned to work, alignment of load gears and generator was completed;
3.No.1 turbine auxiliary gears and turbine alignment was completed;
4.No.1 turbine and load gearbox alignment was in progress;
5.No.1 turbine inlet filter chamber installation was completed, leaving the filtering cartridge not yet installed;
6.No.1 turbine inlet transition parts installation was completed;
7.No.1 turbine inlet silencing parts installation was completed;
8.No.1 turbine inlet elbows installation was completed;
9.No.1 turbine bypass chimney installation was completed, which is a signature completion of a step of the project;
10.No.1 turbine installation of bypass chimney half upper horizontal expansion joints was completed;
11.No.1 turbine connection of the vertical surface flanges bolting installed on exhaust diffuser parts was completed; flange side welding is in progress;
12.No.1 turbine connection of bypass chimney baffle cooling fan piping was completed, but the civil engineering for fan base has not been finished, affecting the next work;
13.No.1 turbine 88TX fan positioning was made and fan connect piping was installed, but the fan base made in civil engineering deviated too much, the fan was failed to be installed;
14.No.1 turbine anti-surge air draining valves outer base has not been poured cement;
15.No.1 turbine pathway boards installation is in progress;
16.No.1 turbine inlet blowback electromagnetic valves are in the progress of replacing;
17.The cable ditch inside the turbine controlling chamber was made;
18.No.1 turbine controlling panel cabinet was removed into controlling chamber, and the fitting of the panel is in progress; next the cable will be laid;
19.After replacement of blowback electromagnetic valves in inlet filter chamber, wiring (for 52 valves) is in progress, which is required to be finished on Aug. 23;
20.By Aug. 23, due to the civil engineering failing to follow up, at the moment the generator income and outcome cable ditch has not been constructed;
21.By Aug. 23, the cooling water income and outcome piping ditch for generator and turbine has not been constructed;
22.The engineering contact message has been sent to the owner, asking for completion of related civil engineering as soon as possible.
