The Quzhou Project Department of Nangang Power stationed in Puxing Heat Power Company of Quzhou for installing two 6FA turbine sets in middle March, 2013. From rainy spring, hot summer, to the cool autumn, the project has undergone half a year. Through early preparation and formal installation, to the moment the total installing progress is as below:

The first gas turbine:

Mechanical services were basically completed in the workshop, and connection of various piping among modules was basically completed. Alignment of the gas turbine was completed. Most electrical parts in modules were connected, except the parts in shortage.

The outer controlling chamber and battery chamber will be satisfied to be positioned next week.

NG forwarding module will be satisfied to be positioned next week.

Cable laying in modules cannot be done by now.

CO2 piping has not been made (piping is transported en route).

Oil cycle has not been executed (conditions not allowed).

Heat preservation and painting has not been operated.

The second gas turbine:

It’s expected that in middle October, the mechanical services in workshop and piping production among modules will be completed.

Other construction such as CO2 piping, electrical parts etc. will be gradually executed according to actual conditions.

The project is featured with major indoors installing missions in workshop, so limited by slow driving forward, vehicle backing and space, personnel cannot work in great number; due to limit of the alternate processing by different constructing units and existing problems of organization and coordination in the power plant, difficulty of our construction in the field is augmented.

Our recent construction plan: After the continued mechanical services, more concentration will be on electrical part, trying to execute oil cycle in the No.1 gas turbine as soon as possible.
