The installing project of the No.1 PG6531B turbine early owned by Gubei Gas Thermal Power Plant of Shengli Oil Field is close to end at the installing field in Ruixiang Oil Field of Cheku, Xinjiang. The next main installing process of the No.1 turbine is thermal controlling and electrical parts.

In September, the project field is sunny in daytime with somewhat hot at noon, but it is cool and comfortable in morning and evening. When the gale appears, however, it is sandy from the air to the earth, really worse natural environment at that moment.

Right before the Mid Moon Festival, regardless of tiredness, Manger Chen, Manager Kou, Director Liang and other company leaders of Nangang Power headquarters flied thousands of miles to the installing field in Xinjiang, to watch and extend regards to the frontier installing personnel fighting in the field, which spurred and encouraged the installing personnel tremendously. The field personnel will rush into stressful installing with passions, trying hardest to complete installing, testing and adjusting missions for the two FR6B gas turbines in Ruixiang, Xinjiang.

II. The current field process updates.

1.No.2 turbine chimney base welding was completed;
2.No.2 turbine hoisting, installing and welding of chimney baffle forwarding end part that had been cut away earlier were completed;
3.No.2 turbine hoisting, installing and welding of chimney baffle forwarding end part that had been cut away earlier were completed;
4.No.2 turbine connection for the coupling bolting between load gearbox and generator was completed;
5.No.2 turbine connection for the coupling bolting between gas turbine and load gearbox was completed;
6.No.2 turbine hoisting, positioning and adjustment of inlet brackets were completed;
7.No.2 turbine exhaust frame roof hoisting and installing were completed;
8.No.1 turbine generator cable laying and wiring were completed;
9.No.1 turbine generator outcome cabinet positioning and connect wires laying were completed;
10.No.1 turbine outcome cabinet electrical wiring was completed;
11.No.1 turbine inlet filter cartridge installing preparation is undergone;
12.No.1 turbine correction for thermal controlling disposable elements was completed;
13.No.1 turbine will enter into partial adjusting stage;
14.No.2 turbine has entered into the later complete installing stage.
Caused by the delayed construction of the field civil engineering, our mechanical services were affected, which will drag on our construction period.
