In Dec., 2013, our company Nangang Power and Equipment Installation Company negotiated with Yankuang Guotai Chemical Co., Ltd. affiliated to Yankuang Group and Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., and signed the Overall Project Contract for Renovating, Removing and Installing 6B Gas Turbine.
The project is to remove an unused PG6581B gas turbine fuelled with low heated gas (low calorific power 2400kCal/Nm3) in the plant area of Yankuang Guotai Chemical from Tengzhou, Shandong to the Yulin plant area of Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., and to renovate the gas turbine set to being fuelled with the surge gas made by F-T synthetic oil making, a type of middle heated gas (low calorific power 4600kCal/Nm3). Because of substantial changes in the fuel composition and the heated value, the gas turbine’s combustion system, fuel system and related equipment shall be fully reconstructed. Furthermore, the gas turbine set in the project had put in service for over eight years, and was unused for long time, many of its equipment parts have been in the period of overhauling and replacement, and therefore, at the same time of removing and renovating the turbine set, the related equipment of the turbine set are undergone major overhauling, renewing, updating, installing, adjusting and testing, and checking and accepting process; also the personnel training and one year of running guarantee service by our staffs are included in the project.

The project will be put into production in Dec. 2014, and in order to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, we have organized personnel to start overhauling and dismantling since Feb. 24, 2014.
