Following the successful DLN renovation for the no.1 gas turbine set in Deneng NG Power Co., Ltd. of Amber Group, the major overhauling and DLN renovation for no.2 gas turbine set in Lantian NG Power Co., Ltd. of Amber Group were completed through 65 days of hard working by Nanjing Nangang Power and Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., and its 72-hour full load running was smoothly completed at 17:00, Mar. 7, 2014. After the major overhauling and DLN renovation, the gas turbine set load is 42.5MW, the max vibration is 3.0mm/s, and the NOX emission is decreased from 115ppm to 11ppm. Speaking of the renovating plan, by now it has been the least costly, shortest construction period but the same effect on DLN renovation of 6B gas turbine set, saving close to 10 million Yuan of cost for the owner. The project is featured with:

1.No change of MK V: download and install new program on the old MK V;
2.No need of new valve station: use the old NG combination valve, and add an adjusting valve for zone 1 and 2.

Relied on its own strength and long-time close cooperation with GE, Nanjing Nangang Power and Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. provides more and more 6B owners with a brand new and most economical DLN renovating plan, which have been proved by two successful examples.
