In accordance with the Overall Project Contract for Major Overhauling, Removing, Renovating, Installing, Adjusting and Testing for 6B Gas Turbine Set signed with Yankuang Guotai Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., the total project items for the 6B gas turbine set removing, renovating, installing, and adjusting and testing are divided into below parts:

1.Major overhaul of one set of 6B gas turbine power equipment;
2.Dismantlement, packing, removing and transportation for one set of 6B gas turbine power equipment and its auxiliary system equipment;
3.Renovation of updating the controlling system to MARK VIfor one set of 6B gas turbine power equipment;
4.Equipment renovation and system adjustment and testing for one set of 6B gas turbine power equipment to renovate the combustion system and fuel system to being fuelled with middle heated purge gas made by F-T synthetic oil making;
5.Installing, adjustment and testing for the 6B gas turbine power equipment after its removal to the new plant area.

1.The present stage of the project is mainly the major overhaul for the gas turbine body (Feb. 24, 2014 - Mar. 29, 2014). Other than the inspecting and repairing process necessary in the stage, preparing work for the equipment parts about to be dismantled in the next work of removal is undergone, on the regard of a convenient operation of dismantlement in near future. By Mar. 29, before leaving the working field, constructing personnel made waterproof and anti-thief measurements for all related equipment.

2.The working plan for next stage of process:

1.Procurement of related materials and equipment for renovating process;
2.Prefabrication of renovating and renewal parts in our company’s workshop;
3.Process pre-buried base parts for main base and outer base;
4.Guide the installation of pre-buried base parts in Yulin working field;
5.Dismantlement and packing process for the equipment in Yankuang working field;
6.Load the equipment on vehicle in Yankuang working field and transport to Yulin working field;
7.Installation, renovation, adjustment and testing process of the gas turbine power equipment in Yulin working field.
