In accordance with the General Project Contracting for the 6B gas turbine power equipment major overhaul, removal, renovation, installation, adjustment and testing in Yankuang Guotai Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., by end of Mar., the onsite overhaul of the gas turbine body and delivery to the manufacturer to repair for hot gas parts during removal of the gas turbine set in Yankuang had been completed; in middle Sep. the process of delivering hot gas parts (turbine stage 1 rotors, turbine stage 1 nozzles and transition pieces) back to the manufacturer for repair was completed.
On Sep. 22, our constructing staffs returned to the working field in Yankuang, and started reinstalling the hot gas parts that had returned to the manufacturer for repair earlier, and dismantling the gas turbine in Yankuang after taking part in a safety lecture.
I.The update of the completion of the project
1.Reinstallation of gas turbine stage 1 rotors, turbine stage 1 nozzles and transition pieces was completed;
2.Dismantlement of turbine inlet system, and the installation of transportingsecure braces as well as rainproof measures for the inlet pipes, inlet silencer and the flange ends of the inlet transition pieces;
3.Dismantlement of the outer lube tubes on gas turbine base, and sealing of each flange end;
4.Installation of transporting secure braces and rainproof measures for gas turbine exhaust frame roof and side roof;
5.Dismantlement of gas turbine flue;
6.Dismantlement of gas turbine outer auxiliary system equipment;
7.Installation of secure devices for gas turbine rotors;
8.Installation of transporting safety dowels on gas turbine casings;
9.Dismantlement of guide keys and dead centers on turbine base;
10.Backward translation of gas turbine controlling chamber;
11.Backward translation of gas turbine & accessory turbine bases;
12.Dismantle all piping and seal their ends; pack and securethe piping;
13.Dismantle turbine set corridors and their supports & other accessories, and pack them in the pallet specialized for transportation, and secure them;
14.Pack the dismantled disposable elements and meters, and make vibration-proof measures;
15.Make the transportation secure enclosure for gas turbine compartments;
16.Make the transportation secure enclosure for rear end of gas turbine loading compartments;
17.Change of the wiring terminal rows in no.1 and no.2 terminal blocks of the gas turbine.
II.The working arrangement followed
Responded from Yulin working field, it¡¯s known that approximately it would be next March the conditions in Yulin working field will be met to set up the gas turbine. Considering the situation, in the reinstalling and dismantling process, the part of generator was not dismantled (Had the enclosure of the generator were dismantled, the generator would have been retained in the open in working field, because the rainproof measures for generator body is hard to be improved. Regarding the dismantling process for generator, right before the departure of overall gas turbine set, the generator will be dismantled and packed in Yankuang working field, before the schedule.)
Complied with above situation, the working arrangement followed includes:
1)Guide the installation of gas turbine main base pre-buried parts (in progress) in Yulin working field;
2)Dismantle and pack the generator body;
3)Load the gas turbine equipment in Yankuang working field and transport it to Yulin working field;
4)Major heavy parts of the gas turbine power equipment are placed in position and the work of unloading other equipment in Yulin working field;
5)Arrival of outsourced parts and renovated parts to Yulin working field and unloading;
6)Installation, renovation, adjustment and test of the gas turbine power equipment set in Yulin working field.
Return to the working field again and find equipment in good state
Complied with the sorted table, Inspect the repaired turbine stage 1 rotors returned from the maker
Reinstall the turbine casing
Make transportingbraces for inlet silencer (typical)
Make transportingsecure enclosure for gas turbine compartment
Dismantle piping and pack them in the working field
Pack the gas turbine body
