Include： dismantling, inspection& repair, refurbishment, fuel system modification, control system upgrades, package& removal, training, installation & commission, operation supervisor.
Inspection & Repairs Projects Nanguang provides power plant customers with a full range of inspection and repair services. Nanguang has inspected and repaired more than 80 units 9E , 6B and 5B GT. Therefore, she has accumulated rich experiences in GTG sets inspection and repair.Include Inspection and repair for steam turbine,generator and various AC & DC motors. During the overhauling process for 9E GT unit, Nanguang used high-tech equipments, and operated laser alignment and adjustment for bearing housing as well as case at the site, so the problems of bearing bush sinking, air escaping, rotor friction and heavy vibration have been resolved effectively.
Upgrade & Modification Projects Nanguang provides power plant customers Control System Upgrades,DLN Modification，Fuel System Modification than more 10 units (Modification from diesel oil to natural gas or to coke oven gas; Modification from only diesel oil to both diesel oil and natural gas; Modification from diesel oil to heavy oil or crude oil.
Installation & Commission Nanguang installed and commissioned more than 30 sets of GT Generators. Including 9E, 6B, 5B, and V94.2. Nanguang installed and commissioned over 35 sets of ST Generators. |
