	Asynchronous motors being manufactured by our company Asynchronous motors being manufactured by our company include the following series: 1. Series Y and YR This series large/medium squirrel cage/winding rotor type 3-phase asynchronous motor has a center height of H1000¡«H315, and is suitable to drive general purpose machinery such as compressor, water pump, blower, transport machinery, mining machinery, and crusher etc. This series motor has casing protection class of IP23 or IP44 (pipeline ventilation), cooling mode of IC01, IC11, IC21 or IC31, and structural installation of IMB3. Installation dimensions of this series motor meets IEC standard, to facilitate export and matching for imported equipment. This series motor adopts class F insulation, temperature rise examined as per class B, and normally VPI process. 2. Series YKK and YRKK This series large/medium squirrel cage/winding rotor 3-phase asynchronous motor has center height of H900¡«H355, and is suitable to drive general purpose machinery such as cement machinery, mining machinery, crusher, water pump, blower, hoist and mill etc. This series motor adopts chassis type pedestal, external press-fit structure of stator, and an air-air cooler on top of pedestal. This series motor has casing protection class of IP44 or IP54, cooling mode of IC611, and structural installation type of IMB3. Installation dimensions of this series motor meet IEC standard to facilitate export and matching imported equipment. This motor adopts class F insulation, temperature rise examined as per class B, and normally VPI process. YRKK series motor collector ring is arranged at inside or outside of bearing. Casing protection class of collector ring arranged at outside of bearing is IP22 or IP23. 3. YTM series motor for special matching This series 3-phase asynchronous motor for coal pulverizer is suitable as 3-phase squirrel type rotor asynchronous motor to drive power plant low-speed (cylinder type) coal pulverizer, as well as other machinery with similar characteristics. This series motor adopts chassis type structure, has casing protection type of IP54, cooling mode of IC611 (air-air cooling), and structural installation type of IMB3. This series motor adopts class F insulation, temperature rise examined as per class B, and normally VPI process. 4. YLQ series motor for special matching of submerged pump This series special squirrel type 3-phase asynchronous motor for mechanically sealed submerged electric pump has been specially and elaborately designed and manufactured for submerged pumps of the pump industry by means of CAD and referencing information home and abroad in combination with market demands over the world. This series motor features dry structure, high power and high efficiency. 2-fold or 3-fold mechanic seal, frame rubber seal, and cable seal, which can effectively prevent leakage and capillarity. In high power motor, positive pressure auxiliary sealing system can also be provided to further improve sealing reliability. Casing protection class is IP68 and cooling mode is ICW08A41. This motor adopts class F insulation and VPI process, thereby features reliable insulation performance and high mechanic strength. 5. YK series high-speed, low noise motor Synchronized rotation speed of this series high-speed low noise medium size squirrel cage rotor 3-phase asynchronous motor is 3000r/min. This motor can be used to drive blower and water pump etc. in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coking, chemical engineering and coal mine etc. This series motor adopts chassis structure. To reduce noise, a silencer hood is installed above this motor and low noise ball bearings are selected. This series motor has casting protection class of IP23, cooling mode of ICA01, and structural installation type of IMB3. This motor adopts class F insulation, temperature rise examined as per class B, and normally VPI process.
